Boat & RV Storage  

Enjoy convenient and secure year-round storage for your boat or RV, just minutes from Lake Monroe. Choose from weekly, monthly, semi-annual, or annual rental options to suit your needs. Contact General Manager Jeff Schroeder after completing your online rental to receive your spot number and gate code.

Weekly (7 days): $50

Monthly (30 days): $150

Semi-Annual (6 months): $450

Annual: $750

 

Bocce Ball

Gather your friends and family for a friendly game of bocce ball on our beautifully maintained courts. This complimentary amenity is available to both residents and non-residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Enjoy the game even after dark under our court lights. Complimentary equipment is available at the golf shop for the remainder of the 2024 season.

Pickleball

Welcome to the Eagle Pointe Pickleball Courts 

We’re delighted to welcome you to the Eagle Pointe Pickleball Courts and look forward to providing an enjoyable experience for players of all skill levels. 

Residents and Owners 

For the 2026 season, the pickleball courts are available to all Eagle Pointe residents and property owners at no charge. Residents and owners are welcome to bring up to three guests per visit at no additional cost. To ensure convenient access, two courts will always be reserved exclusively for residents and owners to use. 

We strongly encourage you to reserve courts in advance through the Court Reserve website to help ensure availability and a smooth experience. 

General Public 

For the 2026 season, the Eagle Pointe Pickleball Courts are also pleased to welcome members of the public for a fee. Public players must register through Court Reserve to reserve a court. The court fee is $24 per hour and is prepaid at the time of reservation. For walk up play please come to the golf shop to pay for your court.

Please note that Eagle Pointe residents and owners receive priority for court availability.

Fitness Classes

Join us for invigorating Stretch & Tone classes with Judy or find your zen with Yoga with Maggie. Eagle Pointe residents enjoy complimentary access to all sessions, while non-residents can purchase a 10-class pass for $40 or drop in for $5 per class.
